The apartment is right of the Isar and absolutely in the the center. You can easily walk into the city center: 8 minutes to Gärtnerplatz, then another 5 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt. The tram station Maria Hilfstraße is 100 meters and the 52-bus towards the city is also just 50 meters (Schweigerstraße) away. Outside the door you will find the Mariahilfplatz, where 3-times a year the Auer Dult occurs. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, Tengelmann is just infront of your house. All who want it right lively, just go over to Gärtnerplatz, where bars and pubs are one after the other.
